Local and regional businesses of any sort can exhibit at The Get Connected Swindon & Wiltshire Expo, the showcase for local and regional businesses. It is an opportunity for a business or organisation to raise their profile and meet hundreds of regional business people in one intensive day.

**Stand Sizes & Specs

All Stands include chairs if needed (table & tablecloth can be ordered for £10), and space behind for pop-up banners and come in the following sizes:

The Pop-up Stand, which are particularly suitable for start-ups or non-profits/charities and has room for 1 person, will fit one standard pop-up banner behind.

The Medium Stand is approx 4 feet wide, fits a 4 foot table (ordered separately) and 1 or 2 chairs included,

The Large Stand is approx 6 feet wide with a 6 foot table (ordered separately) and up to 3 chairs included,

The Premium Stand is the same size as the large stand and located in the central hub of the Expo, at the Expo entrance and leads to the Seminar Theatre and all other rooms.


(If a 3 metre (9 feet) wide stand is required for accommodating a 3m wide exhibition stand, a supplement of £90 can be added to a Large Stand or Premium Stand.


An electrical point can be provided for £15 extra if needed.

A table & white tablecloth can be provided for £10 extra if needed (Pop-up Stands 2ftx2ft table; Medium Stands 4ftx2ft table; Large & Premium Stands 6ftx2ft table)

Promotional item in Show Bag - just £99: Leaflet/postcard/small item in Bristol Business Expo show bag just £99 (total of 500 bags!) – this offer will be made available to all exhibitors. There will be 500 business show bags made available. All exhibitors will receive 1 bag per stand. Other bags will be distributed to visitors.


Advert in A4 Show Guide. £99 for 1/4 page (92mm x 133mm), (artwork to be supplied).


Advert in A4 Show Guide. £199 for 1/2 page (188mm x 133mm), (artwork to be supplied).
