About the Speaker:

 

Ascend founder, Vicky Henderson, is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Coach and a Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner. She trained with internationally renowned business coach and trainer Daniel Tolson of the Tolson Institute. Daniel has himself been mentored and trained by Drs. Tad and Arianna James and Brian Tracy, leaders in their field. Vicky is one of the first Tolson Institute trained coaches in the UK.

 

Having gravitated towards leadership roles in all her positions since graduating in 1997, Vicky has a strong sense of what makes a successful leader; how to build engaged, results driven teams and how getting recruitment right is vital to avoid costly mis-hires.

 

After a successful and varied career, spanning several continents; in corporate, hospitality, training and teaching and self-employment; Vicky embarked in a new direction in March 2017. A transformational experience as a client led her to re-train as a coach to enable others to experience the power of coaching and be the very best version of themselves possible to maximise both their professional and personal lives.

 

Vicky certified by the Coaching Division of the American Board on NLP (ABNLP) and by the Time Line Therapy™ Association, she is also registered with the Life Coach Directory, The International Institute of Complimentary Therapists (IICT) and is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD). In 2019 Vicky is proud to be part of the ‘Career Ready’ Mentoring scheme and is supporting a local student as they prepare to enter the world beyond school and college.
